  • Memorized each restaurant's different, extensive and changing seasonal menus, bar lists, soup specials, and event menus to help inform members on any inquiries and make suggestions in return.
  • Carefully transferred orders from a dumbwaiter system and the bar to ensure a visually pleasing presentation, clearing plates to fine-dining procedure by only bringing the next course once all members were finished with their prior plates.
  • Trained newly hired servers in Sopra, Q.C.C.'s rooftop restaurant, and in Macaroons, the Club's most elite fine-dining restaurant.   • Exclusive server for the Club owner's private dining room, self-titled Giovanni Ranieri's, at his request for his guests.
  • Served as one of the trusted three exclusive servers for Optimist's Club, a weekly closed-door and entirely confidential meeting of 60 members. Memorized each of their names, regular drinks, and pre-submitted orders in order to serve them without speaking as was required. Bartended as needed for Optimist's Club when the Mixologist was unavailable.
