• Schedule and coordinate pack out crews, document & photograph all losses using Xactimate
• Write scopes
• P & L reports
• Quality Control water losses and construction issues
• Market clients and provide information on all company offered services.

• Estimate water and mold losses in residential and commercial properties
• Utilize psychometry to determine the amount of drying equipment needed per job
• Coordinate asbestos and mold testing as needed per job
• Supervise and inspect drying chambers and containment set up
• Ensure mold losses were properly remediated
• Ensure all services were performed correctly including drying readings, moisture mapping, demolition of wet materials, and cleaning
• Review and write reports for adjusters and clients
• Train new water restoration technicians.

• Scope and sell water restoration losses in residential and commercial properties
• Duties included extraction of water, sanitizing, setting drying equipment, demolition, moisture mapping,and documentation.

• Identify flooring type and cleaned carpet using the appropriate cleaning agents
• Minimal water extraction as needed
• Estimate the cleaning needs for each customer.

• Inspect ducting systems and estimate for proper cleaning
• Clean ducting and carpet cleaning as needed.
