Accomplishments

  • Achieved Store Of The Year at Lowe's in 2020 for having best Year over year sales
  • Achieved sales bonus every quarter since becoming an Assistant Store Manager
  • Finished number 1 multiple quarters in a row for AP4ME which is a safety training program for all Lowe's associates to complete. I was the captain for my store to ensure it was always being completed.
  • Ran the P51 project at Lowe's for my store which was a project to realign the store and better merchandise the building to give the product a better flow to the building and improve sales and customer service. Reset/replanogrammed 250 bays in a 2 week period.
