I'm a very loyal employee that takes their job very seriously and will do what ever is best for the company. As a manager the goal was to hold employees accountable for their actions and for getting their job completed in a timely manor. As a leader it was also my personal responsibility to provided any help needed when the employee was having problems. I worked in a Help Desk for 4 years before becoming a Help Desk supervisor for 11.5 years. After that I was promoted to manager of a group that worked front line EPA issues, and dispenser security for the company. I'm very fair to others and have compassion and will help everyway possible to help people succeed in their job. I'm also very much a team player.
