With a proven track record in project management, I have successfully led teams of three to three hundred to achieve organizational goals in a safe and timely manner. My extensive expertise and experience in concrete, timber frame, metal pre-fab, utilities, infrastructure and the mechanical trades enable me to effectively oversee large-scale budgets exceeding $1 million, while still closely monitoring project costs. I excel in assigning tasks to team members based on their individual strengths, and possess strong communication skills, fostering collaboration between direct reports, vendors, stakeholders, and executives. Furthermore, I am adept at conveying information through written correspondence, verbal interactions, and technical documents and drawings.
