CNC Machinist

• Was trained to run CNC machines through out the plant. Became very efficient and knowledgeable about the equipment and process in which we machine parts.
• Went on to be selected to train with Engineering to learn how to adjust programming and make improvements and step into a whole new classification. This is where my Set-Up training started.

Machine Operator

• I bid into this classification to learn the other half of the process to the parts we ship.

Forklift Operator

• I bid into this classification to future just learn more about the processes on shipping the finished product I helped create.
