Maintain and repair carburizing furnaces, endothermic generators, Fanuc robots, Gleason and Klingelnberg CNC machines, as well as any facility maintenance needed. Complete PMs and work orders via cmms system. Work with control engineers and mechanical trades to repair or update any of the above listed equipment. Furnace work that I do is on par with a pyrometer. Checking gas/air mixture in burners and tune them as well as clean, maintain and replace flowscopes for the various gases used in furnace. All control cabinet wiring for ignition transformers, gas and air solenoids, various relays to control temps, gases, air and the like.

Started my apprenticeship here and gained my journeyman license in May of 2000. my job consisted of installing electrical wiring per NEC code for new and buildings in industrial, commerical, and residential applications. I have wired buildings from start to finish by way of excavating my own underground wiring, transformer pads to service and switchgears to running conduit in building and finishing out with lights, plugs etc. I can run excavating equipment, articulating lifts, scissor lifts, towable lifts, tractors for grading and forktrucks for lifting.
