
A typical day for the last several years at Electra ISD has been to check the server event logs, check email and resolve trouble tickets. Daily tickets could be from “Printer is out of ink and paper jam to internet Wi-Fi really slow today.” Then I Look at long term projects and do some research on solutions or order needed items. I have built websites, build tech ticket systems, MySQL, Taught classes on I.T. to Staff, build data-sets for evidence of Students misuse of network resources. I have also worked retail for over 10 years and have experience in sales and that work environment.
Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, MS Publisher, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Sites, and other business apps
