- I meet up with my crew in the morning and go over the job with the boss. We leave in the company vehicle and go to pickup the material, or to the job to build a fence or fences. As the Foreman I have to speak to the customer about what type of fence they are looking for, and their expectations. My crew and I work toghether to complete the fence and make sure everything is up to company standards and code. After walking the job with the customer the check gets collected. Certain county's require inspections which happen after completion. C and M Fencing has 7 year warranty for material and labor. If any material cracks, splits or bows we replace it for free.
- As a Foreman I lead 2 to 3 guys(depending on the job) to build fences all around New Berlin, and surrounding city's. We set posts in the ground with concrete then put up the rest of the fence depending which type it is. We speak to the customer about property lines, neighbors, dogs, power sources, water sources and complications if there is any. I follow a contract and make sure the customer is satisfied with the work my crew and I produced. I work with heavy material and can move material safely.
- Monitored equipment operation during extraction process to detect problems.
