Projects

Quickstart - Organizational Employee Onboarding Process - Worked alongside an outside agency to develop the first organizational wide employee onboarding process for North American offices used for all new employees starting in the sales, account management, capacity management or operations roles. Served as the main point person for the train the trainer classes and personally assisted during the first two official pilot sessions.

 

Branch Organization and Operational Committee - Served on committee representing all of CH Robinson business units: North American Surface Transportation, Global Forwarding, Produce/Sourcing and Capacity. Worked directly with the CEO and executive team to shape the vision for the company. Developed and communicated organizational policy changes in regards to account management, go to market and capacity strategies. Helped office leaders through change management process.
