  • In collaboration with Channel Marketing, supported the implementation of the first J&J Medical Device (JJMD) commercial distributor sales model to promote Ethicon products (+$290MM sales); program expanded to drive established products and non-acute product promotion with key distributor partners leading to combined incremental channel growth >$11MM

  • In collaboration with Channel Marketing, supported the implementation of unique selling opportunities beyond Ethicon’s traditional go-to-market models (i.e., use of Sagamore as an external partner, promotional programs, etc.) in support of Ethicon’s objectives to grow revenue and share in alternative channels and underpenetrated market segments
  • In collaboration with Channel Marketing, Sagamore’s inside sales team executed key marketing and sales strategies for Ethicon in the medical device animal health market (+$50MM base business), including portfolio expansion opportunities (i.e. DePuy Synthes portfolios) and providing detailed reports on established key performance indicators
  • Provide customer and external partner product and clinical support for Biopatch product line (+$70MM base business)
  • Provide GPO and contract support to commercial distributor partners in both acute and non-acute segments; work across multiple teams (i.e., sales, marketing, deal desk, SCG, CPC) to develop in-depth customer analyses and pricing strategies in support of GPO and IDN/health system contract negotiations across Ethicon’s US business portfolios.
  • Worked with and familiar with JJMD Commercial Pricing Committee (CPC) to ensure fair and balanced approach when delivering price to various customer types (i.e. GPOs, health systems, institution, government, etc.)
  • Familiar with analyses, reports and metrics used across multiple businesses to understand the effectiveness and profitability of contracting strategies, promotional programs and CPC approvals
