Responsible for developing Elite level archers to achieve their individual goals in the quest to becoming professionals or collegiate level athletes.

Work with other coaches to insure the methodologies and teachings of the archery programs are cohesive and all-encompassing so that all athletes benefit.

Develop training programs to include specific skill set training, fitness training and mental mastery training so that archers have a fully focused training program that will develop fully integrated athletes in the sport of archery.

Currently provide bow technical training classes for all level of archers within and outside of the academy.

Currently operating all sales functions in support of major archery manufacturer (Darton/Black Eagle/Conquest) DBC Companies within the States of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas as well as the South America countries.

Doubled the revenue of territory within a 2 year period.

Currently filling the role of Pro Staff Coordinator for all levels of manufacturer supported shooters from Amateur to Professional.

Through 40 plus years of competitive archery experience, I have instructed and coached hundreds of individuals, managed numerous teams with up to 40 plus archers, and conducted numerous training camps for beginner to elite level athletes in the sport of archery.

Have numerous collegiate level archers in the past and currently attending in their respective archery programs that I have worked with to insure their highest level of success.

Continue to work with many Professional level archers that compete in the ASA Pro Am events and others.

Prepared and coached Jason Tabansky, current World #1 and 2024 Paralympic Gold Medalist.

Operated high level archery shop with over $1.1 M in sales of archery equipment.

Managed 41 member archery team that traveled the US and the World competing from the amateur to Professional level in events.

Conducted numerous training seminars both in Social Media and Event Specific programs to educate future and current archers looking to compete in the sport of archery.
