In a few months of being with Smiths I was given the opportunity to run 311 a million dollar store. My store was able to host multiple high profiled walks for the company. During the time at 311 I was able to rally up the team to get involved and set record sales for the Dipped Strawberries for Valentines and Mothers Day. I have been able to take this event to two other stores as well. At all 3 locations we have led the sales contest. I was able to manage this with 3 different teams.
Given the opportunity to open a new store not just a store but a Marketplace. It is a prestige honor to do so. During the 6 months of being opened we have been profitable each period. We have leveraged the business to be 14th in sales in the Division.
