- Assigned to a long-term position with NAVAIR to support the transition to and implementation of a new pay-for-performance personnel system for 9000+ employees; contracted to provide continual support, training and analysis for the personnel system.
- Developed, tested and deployed, a complex VBA modeling tool, used in tandem with an online tool, to annually evaluate and calculate employees’ end-of-the-year compensation rewards.
- Acting System Administrator and technical support lead for online performance management tool and for Rating and Payout Tool; Ensure that the tools are secure and in accordance with regulations and requirements given.
- Performed continued analysis, testing and development of HR IT tools to ensure a high level of functionality and utility for the end user; Created detailed documentation to provide support and training for said IT tools.
