  • Took on a leadership role in our Human Capital Management group to supervise a team that specializes in various recruitment and retention efforts including STEM support and education, employee tuition assistance, various internship programs, and DAWIA.

  • National subject matter expert in our performance management system, including the laws, regulations, and policies associated with the system.
  • Additionally, considered to be a national subject matter expert in writing performance objectives and assessments and well as the technical expert when it comes to the IT tools that we use, several of which I personally developed.

  • Assigned to a long-term position with NAVAIR to support the transition to and implementation of a new pay-for-performance personnel system for 9000+ employees; contracted to provide continual support, training and analysis for the personnel system.
  • Developed, tested and deployed, a complex VBA modeling tool, used in tandem with an online tool, to annually evaluate and calculate employees’ end-of-the-year compensation rewards.
  • Acting System Administrator and technical support lead for online performance management tool and for Rating and Payout Tool; Ensure that the tools are secure and in accordance with regulations and requirements given.
  • Performed continued analysis, testing and development of HR IT tools to ensure a high level of functionality and utility for the end user; Created detailed documentation to provide support and training for said IT tools.
  • Analyzed, tested and performed quality checks to assist in the production of an annual mass payout file used to provide annual rewards for 9000+ employees.
