Moved to a new role to help build new data integrations for United Health Group's transition to a new cloud human resource application called Oracle HCM - Human Capital Management. The integrations team was responsible for building the processes for both Inbound and Outbound data movement to many 3rd party business partners that will support HR management environment.

• Required rapid learning of the HCM Extract mechanism to pull data.
• Leveraged Oracle Integration Cloud to create efficient data flows for seamless data transfer between HCM, Oracle Database, and FTP Server.
• Created PL/SQL packages for data validation and transformation.

Lead implementation of a new Azure environment at Optum. Responsible for overall Infrastructure design for the new Cloud environment. Primary focus on Technical Infrastructure Solution, Network Infrastructure Solution and Security Architecture

• Technical Lead guiding cross-functional team to build a Cloud Environment in Azure
• Migrated a Data Warehouse to Azure Public Cloud
• Established application access for data consumption via Cloud Web Applications from On-Premise
• Established RBAC design and solution pattern using Active Directory for the Development team and Users
• Responsible for network solution and physical infrastructure layout of the Subscription.

• Primary Azure components included Synapse Workspace, Virtual Machines, Automation Account, Data Factory, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Virtual Desktop, Kubernetes and Data Bricks

• Managed DBA teams supporting several Data Warehouses utilizing Teradata, Oracle, Netezza and SQL Server

• I assisted their DBA group in preparations for a new implementation of the Oracle Applications

• Provided technical leadership for a newly formed Oracle DBA group at Fair Isaac

• As an original team member of the first Database Administration/Architecture group, designed and implemented Imation’s Central Global Oracle database architecture that was put in place to service the ERP Implementation of the Oracle Applications and 3rd Party applications

• Member of the orginal software development team that built the entire system for the Target “Club Wedd” Bridal Registry

• Responsible for the design, development, test, and implementation of Windows applications to support variouse manufacturing processes
