Summary

I was a DM for Circulation with the Topeka Capital Journal for 15 years. I was responsible for making sure the carriers picked up there papers and delivered papers accurately and on time. I would collect money from the stores we sold papers at and made spreadsheets to help speed the process up. I would take care of any customer complaints and would do what ever i could to keep subscribers for stopping there subscriptions.
