2020 awarded a deployment commendation in Kuwait for assisting USAF/Army operations, Production Superintendent of the Aerospace ground equipment flight as well as Merlin Production Superintendent for flightline operations to include C-17, C-130, MQ-9, and transient aircraft . In addition was a Quality Assurance inspector augmentee for the flight. During 2022, a deployment to Greece yelled another decoration for leadership as Assistant Flight Chief, overseeing the lodging, transportation and administrative lead of 70 members in addition to being the lead in my original role as Aerospace Ground Equipment section. I assisted all leadership, from the Flight Commander to Senior Enlisted Leader to the Squadron Commander, in day to day operations. During this same time period i was awarded with a decoration for my time on station at Holloman AFB. I was recognized for the leadership throughout my time as Section Chief for 3 different sections and contributions to the flight and squadron. My ability to adapt to my environment and learn quickly I am able to teach my knowledge to make the sections more efficient. While in the Air Force this was highlighted and I was able to showcase the effectiveness of my team.
