In August 2022, my family and I relocated from Texas to central Arkansas. We partnered with our friends, who own a coffee shop, and we now manage two of their locations. Our responsibilities include stocking both locations daily, creating schedules, hiring and firing, and ensuring that both locations maintain high standards of customer service and health codes. All aspects of running a small business fall under our areas of responsibility.
