Im just a guy who started out at the very bottom of the industry learning the business. Im extremely reliable, i have a great will to learn and my communication is top notch. Im always willing to learn new things and positions as the industry changes all the time. Im a very hard worker who is willing to give everything i have to grow with a company and to stand out as someone who can be relied on. - I was in charge of State contract.

Requirements were to make sure i had the proper amount of men per day to full fill the contract requirement. I also made sure my men followed all OSHA requirements of safety. Proper PPE requirements and daily JSAs. I also built and disrupted monthly safety stand downs.


- I trained each employee to follow state flagging requirements (PATA 107) . Was also in charge of shutting down major highway for projects at hand.


I was in charge of payroll (I built and controlled the company timesheet system) and took care of all Bi weekly billings required by the state.


I maintained all EHAP (TCIA) requirements and also CPR/First Aid requirements.


I maintained all vehicles on my fleet. Made sure all bucket trucks and chip trucks meet state and OSHA requirements. I made sure they were ANSI Inspected yearly and Dialectically tested.


I did weekly crew evaluations to ensure they are setting roads properly, wearing all PPE and maintaining housekeeping of their equipment, and pickups.


I was in charge of dealing with any customer complaints, and call ins to company dealing with any damage to property or any driving issues.


I worked side by side with State Project manager and county managers to ensure work was performed in a safe and timely manner.


I was in charge of Storm preparation and training. I was acting General Manager and Safety. I worked Hurricane relief FPL and other co-ops. Was in charge of operations on in the Southern United States and North Eastern. I trained all my operators how to remove trees from powerlines safety. We followed MAD and made sure to teach Grounding guidelines.

Daily tasks included Safety stand downs, and JSAs.

We trimmed local distribution wire for local power companies.


I was in charge of ensuring my guys did their job safety and in a timely manner. Manged all paperwork and timesheets. Vegetation sheets and Spray Sheets.


I was a climber, Bucket Operator, Mower operator, Skidder Operator, Track buckets, Stump Grinders, Cable Skidders, Hydro axe and Jarraff.


I maintain a spray license through PA Plants for the state of PA for herbicide applications.
