  • Designed, built and implemented Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange migration for 8500 users in a 564-bed teaching hospital with minimal disruption.
  • Sold, planned and delivered a service to migrate higher-education customer from one data center to another. Included plan design, project management and execution of migrating 350 severs from one data center to another with minimal downtime.
  • Consulted on, configured and executed multiple migrations from on-premise Exchange installations to Office 365 with zero downtime. Projects have included SSO with federation services, mobile device management and hybrid configurations.
  • Managed migration of 24th busiest airport in the world from a Groupwise email system to Exchange 2010.

  • Managed 11 FTEs for a major credit card processor with over 1 million merchants, tasked with support of new acquisitions and customer-facing systems. Led technology team that provided support to software development team including development, quality assurance and change management systems for all levels of software development lifecycles. Developed complete security program including documentation, protocols and procedures. In charge of all security audits and remediation from the initial implementation of CISP to PCI as well as Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Reengineered all system hardware and software, provided redundancy, high availability and scalability while migrating entire system from Orlando to Denver for a Gateway credit card processor. Implemented hardware and software support as well as quality assurance standards, business processes and significantly improved customer availability for credit card transactions.
  • Decreased time to service for all development systems by 80% by introducing VMware as well as various other software distribution systems.
  • Responsible for R&D of new technologies reporting directly to Vice President of IT. Researched new technologies and how they might be applied to current IT infrastructure to provide cost savings and a better user experience. Became SME in chosen technologies by implementing them fully into a lab environment. Performed final installations of technology into production and delivered knowledge transfer to IT support staff while remaining tier 3 support for the services.
  • Led the IT component of building complete merchant accounting system to reduce cost of outsourced contract. This new system included a complete upgrade to storage architecture as well as the first Unix systems in the company’s IT environment.
