I also helped the Eugene shop get familiar with setting up blast pots and instructed journeyman how to sandblast safely and to set up all the safety equipment when using fresh air. Also used my industrial experience in showing how to use industrial paints and products.

I performed all duties including bidding, accounting and human resources until we grew to big and hired an accounting firm. I also built an employee safety manual and implemented a drug screening policy. At the peek of my business's success i had 34 employees.

Built tubelock scaffold blast containment structures over the Atlantic oceanin Valdez Ak. Sandblasted and painted the steel COSWAY's and Oil loading births. Showed and taught the apprentices how to mix paint and clean the pumps.

Sand blasted and painted the Ventura County water tank systems, when they still let you use Emron 333

Worked for the Oil companies doing everything from culverts to equipment operating. Worked on the Exxon Valdez Oilspill and many other hands on postilions.
