Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and handouts, to meet the current training syllabi and customer requirements. Identify areas of improvement in existing training methods and procedures. Maintain up-to-date records of training activities for 135 members within the organization's database system. Provide monthly feedback to leadership concerning the number of events scheduled, cancelled, and accomplished to allow flexible prioritization of scheduling weekly events. Schedule students and instructors to complete training tasks on and off station units in multiple locations, utilizing all available assets to complete training efficiently.

• Inspect 430 training folders to ensure 100% compliance with current policies and directives.
• Work with AFSOC and ACC to develop new course materials and syllabi for 200 students.

Coordinated Air Force policy enforcement and evaluations for 400 personnel located at Hurlburt Field AFB. Resolved conflicts among crew members, when necessary, provided expertise to prevent aircrew mishaps or loss of mission capability. Developed procedures to implement new Air Force training, tactics, and flight safety programs across four geographically separated locations. Updated policies and procedures and shared information with crew members prior to departure.

• Worked with a five-man team to help coordinate Hurlburt Field assets in response to Hurricane Michael and facilitated an orderly response to Tyndall AFB relief efforts.
• Initial Cadre on new crew position technology, developed training materials to fast track a new capability for Central Command's emerging threats.
• First in unit evaluator on new AC-130J Ghostrider, trained instructors and other evaluators on new platform capabilities and differences from legacy aircraft.

Identified potential threats by interpreting foreign language transmissions. Developed and implemented strategies for the collection, analysis, and reporting of intelligence information.

Assisted in development of weapons and tactics. Used technical expertise and sound military judgment to learn and perform complex procedures.
