• Responsible for the comprehensive management and development of our Foundation Phase program.

• Develop and execute training programs tailored specifically to the needs of young female soccer players, focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.
• Supervise and mentor coaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training sessions and development programs.
• Evaluate player performance and progress regularly, offering personalized feedback and guidance to facilitate individual growth and team success.
• Coordinate competitive schedules, tournaments, and events to provide ample opportunities for player development and exposure.
• Lead recruitment initiatives to identify and attract talented young female soccer players to the academy, collaborating closely with the Club Girls Director and scouting staff.
• Foster positive relationships with players, parents, and stakeholders, cultivating a supportive and inclusive academy culture aligned with the club's values.
• Collaborate with club leadership to align academy goals and strategies with organizational objectives, contributing to the overall success of the girls' soccer program.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
