Hire/fire. Run roustabout trk and crews. Organize crews for jobs, assist and check on crews. Make necessary repairs on oil wells and sw disposal's. Fix plumbing issues, leaks, build tank batteries, tear down locations, set units, pumps tanks, any oilfeild maintenance needed on wells in Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota. Keep employee's safe, follow safety procedures, etc.

Daily pumping reports, drive to locations check on production, check equipment, tanks, lines, wellhead, assist trucks loading and unloading fluids. Communicate with Companies. Shut down wells, disposal, etc, start up.

Hire/Fire. Book work, daily reports, daily pumping oil wells, (check fluid gains, loss, start up/shut down wells, assist trks loading/unloading fluids, maintenance as needed on pumping units, treaters, SW pumps, tanks, flares, etc. Tear down/ build tank batteries, remove/set, replace tanks, plumbing, units,etc. Communicate with all the Companies, supervisors. Report issues, correct when needed. Repair lines, plumbing, clean tanks, treaters, etc. Manage and operate oil wells, sw disopals. Billing invoices, etc. Keep employees safe, obey safety rules of my company and company's working for.
