Performed proper cleaning and sanitizing of product fillers and related supply lines using CIP and COP procedures. Performed post cleaning testing for pre-operation. Performed numerous other enviromental cleaning duties
Recieved raw ingredients for master batching. Blended and Pasteurized master batches following State of Vermont Pasteurizing critera and documentaion. Performed product specification testing for production use. Regularly cleaned holding tanks for raw and pasteurized product as well as regular enviromental cleaning of surrounding area.
Performed all above Mix Dept. duties while recieving additional compensastion for leadership duties (pre-shift meetings, shift note recording, SAP data entry and shift troubleshooting and decision making.
Designated daily labor and supervised activities in given production area. Filled out production reports for shift Manager. Coordinated and monitored employee training
I ran designated product filler machine for that day until completion. After finish I would take the machine apart, wash and sanitize the machine. After machine, parts and surrounding area were properly cleaned, I would put the machine back together for morning start-up.
*I also received a "pay-for-skill' by being able to wash holding tanks if needed.
* Worked here while part-time while attending college. I worked every school break (including weekends when needed) and put in a ton of OT doing double shifts and emergency coverage.
