  • Training; Both Pogue and especially Byrne promoted myself to Senior Superintendent due to my experience, has me training all assistant Superintendents and young Superintendents my way of running the job site. I can offer references if needed.
  • Oversaw the scheduling of multiple concurrent projects and monitored progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure their work was completed according to schedule and specifications.
  • Developed detailed plans for each phase of construction including timelines, budgets, resources required.
  • Denton Public Safety, 69 million bond Package consists of ground up Police sub station and indoor Firing/Gun Range. Renovation and additions to the existing down town Denton Police station and 911 call center.
  • Lewisville Public Safety, Currently working on a 100 million Bond package. I am in charge of a ground up PT poured in place Parking Garage and Support building underneath the Parking Garage, Also responsible for all utilities and paving through out the project which is a total of 50 Million. I am respected by many trades and the Client as well.
