Scott Quinn

I currently serve as the Guardian Ad Litem in all juvenile abuse cases in Jefferson County. I also handle half of the county's juvenile delinquency case, and serve as the Public Defender's Office's representative on Drug Court.

General law practice in which I currently represent a number of clients in criminal or traffic matters, estate planning, and corporate formation. I also serve as the municipal attorney for the Mount Vernon Airport Authority and the City of Nason.

Managed a staff of four attorneys. Handled all types of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Took approximately 25 cases to jury trial, including trials in which my clients were charged with murder, sexual offenses, drug offenses, or cases that were filed under the Illinois Sexually Violent Persons Act.

Owner/managing partner of small firm that handled various civil and criminal matters on the trial and appellate level. I personally took numerous cases to bench or jury trial, and argued a dozen cases in front of the Appellate Court.
