* I oversee roughly 70+ funds as a tax manager currently and have been a tax manager for about 10 years.
* I have overseen USBGFS Central Operations Team for the past 8 years to ensure all complex corporate actions are booked correctly on ex-date. This includes mergers, spin offs, rights offerings, warrants, stock dividends, all ROC bookings etc. It is my responsibility to have final sign off for all such corporate actions across all of our funds.
* I am experienced in many different types of mutual funds whether it be normal 40 act funds or ETFs.
