I am a Retired Army Sergeant Major with 28 years of Active Duty experience. I achieved that of which only 0.1% of military service members have. Because of that success, I earned the right to attend every level of military leadership development training. I had the privilege to mentor and train some of the elite Special Operations Warriors in our US Military. To that end, I am a competent and effective leader without question. I am proficient in team building and equally valuable as a team member.
After my retirement I joined a startup company as a Project Manager for a custom home builder. My extensive training and experience made the transition very easy and I was able to have as much success in the construction field.
I look forward to many more years of being a valuable team member.
