Alpha Bravo Award

Received an Alpha Bravo Award for exceptional troubleshooting and teamwork on a critical EL AL aircraft maintenance event. The aircraft arrived from Tel Aviv with approximately half of its lavatories inoperative after multiple troubleshooting attempts at the originating station were unsuccessful. During a limited ground time in Los Angeles, collaborated with another maintenance technician to systematically diagnose the issue, identify a blockage within the waste system, and remove debris obstructing the waste lines. Successfully restored lavatory functionality, enabling the aircraft to meet operational requirements and depart on schedule while minimizing passenger service disruptions and potential delays.
