Management of acute and chronic health conditions, in a Family Practice setting, for a predominantly Spanish-speaking population. This position also included coverage of an associated Urgent Care Clinic.

Responsible for the care and management of all critical care patients in CHI hospitals in both Omaha, NE and Council Bluffs, IA. In addition, there was the monitoring of critical care patients in outlying CHI facilities through a teleICU and providing appropriate interventions.

Worked with two physicians in outpatient pulmonary medicine, with an emphasis in pulmonary hypertension.

The position was the night shift Intensivist for a 30 bed ICU. In addition to management of the Critical Care patients, guidance was provided for Rapid Response Calls. Administrative duties included Code Blue reviews.

Clinical position in a multi-provider pulmonary medicine practice. Primary emphasis on management of both acute and chronic lung diseases, including obstructive sleep apnea. Patient rounding in all Lincoln hospitals, including Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, was later added.

Private practice outpatient adult medicine, working with three internists.
