  • Completed Engineering Study (heat load) on 115 HVAC units and replaced like for like on the units that were within specs.
  • Design replacement of critical 37 HVAC units that have reached end of life. Design included upgrading equipment along with meeting critical safety factors (classified units, chemical filtration, or blast dampers).
  • Sourced a new vendor for the trailers (leased/purchase) in order to upgrade quality and reliability to extend the life of the trailer and cut down on repairs for the FM Team.

  • Replaced the concrete pad in front of one of the main docks. Had to break the project out into 11 phases in order to keep the dock open and the liquid nitrogen tank able to be filled. This project had a total of 21 stakeholders that had to send out weekly update communications.

  • Assigned to the Eli Lilly account with responsibility to assist the Projects teams, duties included, standard reporting on project status, coordinating and scheduling meetings and communication plans among team members, monitoring safe work practices (OSHA and company standards), issuing permits to contractors (safe to work, hot work, confined space, excavation and trenching, safety information sheets, and roof entry), and escorting city inspectors.
  • Main Project Engineer in a 64‐million‐dollar complete remodel of three buildings and ground up construction of a fourth building to connect two of the other three.
  • Roofing replacement projects from full replacement, patching, and live roofs. This included working with scaffolding work and crane lifts.
  • Assisted with all safety documentation that is needed for each project (work plans, pre‐project safety checklist, lift plans, excavation/trenching plans, chemical list, and barricade plans).
  • Worked closely with Security, dock services, Corporate Real Estate, Safety, Fire Life Safety, and Facilities to ensure that all corporate standards are being met.
