• CBRE ExxonMobil Account, Completed installation and implementation of an HVAC remote monitoring system on critical outlined building creating the standard BAS protocols for all North American sites.
• CBRE ExxonMobil Account, Led and integrated my skills to a high-profile natural disaster recovery project. Assessed damage to Lubes Plant Admin building, formulated scope and response plan to include procuring temporary work space, move out of occupants, environmental testing / abatement of all interior spaces, roof inspection / repair, and clean out of all waste water / rain water subgrade systems areas.
