Manage a $25M value Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) program for USTRANSCOM overseeing 35+ cross-functional FTEs (Leidos and Subcontractors) in support of a complex IT DoD transportation system. This is a large 18,000 user system, in a cross domain solution (CDS), encompassing four unclassified and two classified environments (IL5/6) which processes over 650 million transactions monthly at each site globally, and 980 transaction types received from more than 65 source systems.
Led a team of 10-15 engineers on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) consisting of System Operators, System Administrators, IT support, Facilities support and Information Assurance engineers including both employees and subcontractors. The team is responsible for 24x7 monitoring and sustainment of the GTN Primary system at Scott AFB, IL, the GTN Alternate Site at Robins AFB, GA, and the three O'Fallon facilities.
Served as the primary Lockheed Martin engineering point of contact and interface with the customer. Chaired all lifecycle readiness reviews, Engineering Review Boards (ERB's), Program Review Boards (PRB's) and Ready for Release boards (RFR's). Participated in Requirements/Design/Test (RDT) reviews, providing suggestions and alternative methods to design, implement, test and release projects.
Led the configuration management effort on GTN, including maintaining baseline control of developed software and delivered products. Additional responsibilities include coordination with customer representatives for product deliveries and being liaison to GTN operations for Site Change Configuration Notices (SCCNs).
Responsibilities included the installation, operation, and maintenance of tactical electronic voice and digital data communications equipment and associated peripherals.
