Realizing the high costs of property maintenance. I began to maintain my own properties. This led into several small "side jobs". Friends and neighbors began asking me for help. Before I knew it, i had a full blown business with 5-7 employees.

During a slow time of year, a friend asked me to help him develop a continuing education course at his school. It was a great success. We went from 10-12 monthly students to well over 200.

While there, I was able to help him streamline his business in many different ways allowing the school to grow four fold in the time I was there. Within a short time, we became partners, The business continued to thrive (even through Covid),

After Covid, we decided on a buy out and I returned to Taylor Fit Homes full time.
