Led a large team of 8 Army Recruiting Soldiers to achieve our assigned mission, covering 100,000 square miles in a very diverse and austere market area.

Highlights:

• Filled in on numerous occasions as the Company 1SG managing 5 staffed offices in 3 different states, while pushing talent acquisition daily
• Conducted quality reviews on accession packets for future officer candidates; determined eligibility and requirements of medical and moral cases for further processing.
• Communicated with other workplace professionals in law, medicine, education, and higher organizational program managers to accomplish daily tasks
• Spoke with professional candidates to process into Army Medical fields after meeting various difficult qualifications

Led a team of 11 Army Recruiting Soldiers to achieve our assigned mission, covering 1,201 square miles in an austere market.

Highlights:

• Conducted daily interviews by telephone, in person, and virtually with applicants for enlistment into the United States Army
• Coordinated weekly schedules to manage prospecting, packet building, record management/systems disciplines, testing, and physical assessments
• Executed daily production reviews with team members to manage resources, time, and push production to achieve the best results
• Ambassador to the local community, to establish networks and business-related relationships

Led a small Army Recruiting Station of four recruiting soldiers that covered an austere area of 962 square miles.

Highlights:

• Established a new station that has just been created with no personnel, brick and mortar, or even supplies/equipment
• Conducted daily interviews, both telephonic and in person, with applicants for enlistment into the United States Army
• Local ambassador is creating new lines of communication with school boards, education services, and city officials to achieve the mission
• Created new station policies and guidance that allowed time for the mission to be completed while virtually communicating

The Army's local ambassador within the community covers an area of more than 17,549 square miles. Recruiting the most qualified applicants in a population of 300,107 people.

Highlights:

• Developed and learned about an untapped recruiting market that resulted in 13 qualified applicants enlisting in one quarter
• Fostered relationships with high school officials, and increased their testing program from 20 to over 150 students
• Researched and developed innovative marketing techniques specifically targeted to the college market leading to new qualified applicants
• Conducted interviews, processed medical applicants, and ensured all future Soldiers were good for training
