  • Filled in on numerous occasions as the Company 1SG managing 5 staffed offices in 3 different states, while pushing talent acquisition daily
  • Conducted quality reviews on accession packets for future officer candidates; determined eligibility and requirements of medical and moral cases for further processing.

  • Local ambassador is creating new lines of communication with school boards, education services, and city officials to achieve the mission
  • Created new station policies and guidance that allowed time for the mission to be completed while virtually communicating
