  • Administrative Assistant in the USASMDC, Space and Missile Defense Center of Excellence, Decision Support Division, Studies and Analysis Branch. Also provide direct support to the DSD Director, the two other Chiefs, and Team members within DSD.
  • Work with the four Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) in DSD to process and staff Support Agreements and Executive Level Agreements through DSD and the Command.
  • Coordinate with customers in support of the COR to format, review, and staff support agreements within the Command.
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions to include gathering and compiling information for monthly, annual, and special reports (daily accountability, financial, security, etc.).
  • Proficient with a variety of software, to include Adobe Acrobat, word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintains calendars and serves as contact for all calls, meetings and visitors.
  • Process forms such as SMDC badge request, NIPR and SIPR computer access, and special access for Civilians and Contractors.
  • Composes and reviews signatory documents and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper formatting and staffing.
  • Helps with receiving, handling, and storing classified material as well as coordinating with the mail room to properly process the material for delivery or pick up.
  • Frequently use DISS for employees to send and ensure clearances are up to date.
  • Coordinates with security for visitors’ clearance to SMDC.
  • Maintains active and inactive records for the division; and ensures payroll inputs are entered into KMST.
  • Maintains personnel records for the division.
  • Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements if needed.
