  • When our team took over in March of 2021, we had 250 used cars in stock - selling on average 150 retail per month. Within months we built inventory up to 2200 cars and sold as many as 1100 per month.
  • I oversaw a 5 person acquisition team that at times were buying 500 cars a month. I myself bought 60 - 100 cars monthly.
  • In charge of wholesaling all the store's cars (up to 300 cars per month). I got better than average return on these by using multiple auctions. I did this knowing some cars did better at one auction over another.
  • Worked non-stop with each store making sure cars were getting frontline ready ASAP and pricing according to market conditions
  • Built great relations with our service departments and vendors, making sure pricing was fair and inline.
  • Continuously staying on top of anything used car related making sure we were as efficient as possible.
  • Training and coaching on a regular basis.

  • Worked efficiently getting cars frontline ready in 5 days or less.
