• A mostly Bookkeeping service created to provide Accounting, Payroll, Tax filing and payment, some IT, and Start-Up advice to mostly new businesses in and around Chattanooga
• I provide and have provided services for restaurants, bodegas, manufacturing plants, and photographers, and personal financial assistance to individuals
• I generally work with CPAs for the heavier lifting, such as end-of-year taxes, like K-1s
• I have maintained this business since its inception on and off while working in other arenas, and it is now my main source of income.

• I began work at KGM as the Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant
• I quickly moved into areas of Inventory Management, Report Creation and Management across multiple facets of manufacturing including Efficiency Reporting, Product Issue Reporting, Collections & Reporting of same
• I became Six-Sigma certified and began adding elements of this training to the various aspects of my duties.

• I began as a Driver Coordinator but quickly began doing Driver Training
• My creative interests opened the door for my moving up to the Developer position where I created Training videos, manuals, and other related media
• I cross-referenced multiple databases in Excel spreadsheets to generate reports on a daily basis
• I created Training Videos for Drivers using multiple media and software, such as PhotoShop, GoldWave, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and uploaded them onto the trucks' onboard computer
• I provided both the scripts and the voiceover for the training videos.

All aspects of running a Food Service small business including:

• The hiring, training, and terminating of associates;
• Developing employee manuals, policy and procedures manuals;
• Menu development;
• Creating and updating the ordering interface utilizing DiamondTouch and HotSauce software;
• All financial decisions and recordings andled through Great Plains and Quicken software including P&L statements, quarterly taxes, liquor taxes, business taxes, etc., updating and balancing the business checkbooks, and end of year tax preparation for the accountant; and
• All payroll matters including the entering of employee hours, creating paychecks, and all related tax matters.

I designed and occasionally installed signs for clients, creating either an original design of my own, or manufacturing a replica of a client's design, using Photoshop, SignLab, and Corel Draw.

• READ was a not-for-profit entity offering a free service to adults seeking assistance in literacy, GED, and/or ESL
• I set up, expanded, and managed the Adult Literacy, ESL, and GED Training courses at various work places in the Chattanooga area
• I also set up and maintained the facilities computer lab, and was the staff computer tech.
