I have 30+ years in customer service I am a very professional when it comes to dealing with the public as well as my co-workers and managers alike
I am a member of Downtown Presbyterian Church the oldest Presbyterian church in Nashville
I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and I have pretty much done everything in a restaurant except cook. I have worked retail as well on and off in that 30 year time frame as well doing everything from Jewelry sales to store manager. I have also worked in the convenient store field as an Asst Store Manager. As well as a customer service supervisor in a Department store chain. In September of 2019 I had to relinquish my title as watch specialist for Dillard's Department Store due to me being diagnosed with Lymphoma stage 4. Vanderbilt's Ingram Cancer Center and Dr. Reddy choose a very aggressive regiment of Chemotherapy which lasted six months and required multiple hospital stays. I had the misfortune of during my stay in the hospital for my final round of chemotherapy the day I was set to go home the country went on mandatory lockdown so I went from hospital to home and not being able to go out. On my Doctor's recommendation I was unable to rejoin the work force until my body was able to regain the strength required after such an intense battle. As of December 8th of 2021 I am still cancer free.
