Operate and maintain chemical and gas delivery systems supporting a High-Volume Manufacturing facility. As shift area team leader my responsibilities include prioritizing daily work orders, scheduling, organizing and running meetings/passdown, writing procedures and training material, pulling data and compiling reports and trends, and ensuring resources are available for scheduled work. As shift safety team leader my responsibilities include organizing and running meetings and safety walks. Bring awareness to safety concerns and issues, communicate all safety incidents and near misses, research and provide safety training on new or existing chemistries or equipment. • Experience with Maximo Maintenance planning software.
• Use Simplicity HMI/SCADA to control systems, interpret and trend data.

Work on shift without supervision for operation of all specialty gas and chemical delivery systems and equipment on their customer site providing uninterrupted delivery of gases and chemicals.

• Experience on Gasguard AP3, AP10 and AP11, Chemguard, Gensteam, various CDM and CVB configurations.
• Exchange empty canisters, totes, drums, Y cylinders and tube/bulk trailers for full ones while providing uninterruptible supply to the customer.
• Troubleshooting and calibration of chemical and gas delivery systems.

• Demonstrated excellent communication by writing site and virtual factor specifications for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures to improve process safety, quality, and reduce down time.
• Maintained greater than 98% average equipment availability for 37 tools through interpreting production flow, preventive maintenance scheduling and staffing.
