Drilled precision and close tolerance holes in aluminum, composite, and titanium. Used various chemicals such as: methyl propyl ketone, Alodine, and corrosion inhibiting compound. Installed fasteners per specification and torque value. Extensive knowledge with orthographic blueprints and 3D drawings. Can perform various types of seal application using polysulfide sealant or silicone. Worked with engineering and tooling for process improvement.
