Installed fasteners per specification and torque value. Extensive knowledge with orthographic blueprints and 3D drawings. Can perform various types of seal application using polysulfide sealant or silicone. Worked with engineering and tooling for process improvement.

Work in a clean room environment. Lay up ballistic Kevlar according to aerospace specifications for the flight deck door. Operate industrial hot press and enter varying parameters. Produce aluminum,composite, and vinyl panels for use on various interior monuments. Made composite samples to be used for engineering testing purposes. Cut ballistic Kevlar to blueprint and specifications using pneumatic tools and hand tools. Performed manual lay up that relies on a vacuum pump and an industrial oven, that needs to be monitored for temperature and vacuum pressure.

Worked in a clean room environment. Performed weld leak test using a pressure machine and used helium nozzle to determine if there were any leaks on various laser cores. Operate and monitor kilohertz tables and define settings to ensure plasma was being created to meet specifications of different laser cores. Record and enter data daily to report in with engineering needs.
