Summary
Most of my career has been as a contractor, working on broadband network upgrades and new build fiber networks. I have 30+ years of telecommunications industry experience in outside and inside plant design, planning and project management. I have worked with city and county governments, utilities and railroads on permitting and rights-of-way agreements. My expertise is in new construction of coax & fiber networks, planning and route design for FTTP middle-mile and backhaul fiber networks. I am normally hired to work on a specific project and upon completion, I move onto a new project, usually in a new market, for a new company. Prior to joining Crown Castle, I planned and designed fiber routes for Verizon Fios, Verizon Wireless (fiber to the tower, small cell), AT&T Fiber and Google Fiber. I have managed outside & inside survey teams, trained surveyors, estimated construction costs, CAD drafted work prints, permit prints and created bills of material.
