Sean Berber

I was apart of the leadership class for 3 years at Central East High school. Were organized events such as rallies, school dances, and clubs we made by the leadership class. So with this class it taught me to be a team player and communicate when things go wrong or change up. I am also very quick moving and well aware of my surroundings. I will get things done when assigned to them. I can also life heavy objects as needed.

I dedicate about 2-3 hours of weight lifting every day with a different body group to train. it comes and goes as years go by. As for Running I am a track athlete who will be running for fresno city college. I do believe it is year around for training but seasons start over the spring. This is what keeps me active all the time.
