Train, observe, and coach new coming associates with the knowledge to perform in different sections of the department safely and efficiently. Perform in the following categories while managing different teams throughout the department.

· Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA): scan sort codes throughout the department to ensure packages & containers are accurately placed virtually and physically at their locations. Use Sort Tech Equipment Management (STEM) to re-allocate resources due to changes in the workflow.

· Flats Sorter: Monitor chute fullness, re-induct any loose packages caught on the floor or between chutes to maintain customer promise.

· Ship Clerk: Perform Dock Door audits. Monitor trailer fullness, and staged container count by sort. Perform resource allocation audits to verify that the information matches the setup on the ship dock board plan for trailer swaps and moves

• Prepared work assignments listed into the project portal based on the requirements
• Trained new employees on how to complete projects safely and productively. Observed and coached employees on using tools and equipment safely
• Report accident investigations and prepared related paperwork. Evaluated employees on work performance
• Operate Panel saw/Chop saw to cut project dimensions
• Use propane Forklift to move Built projects to staged area when needed
