I Mange 2 surface mount production lines to hit production schedule without compromising quality of product by leading 3 surface mount technicians while assisting in machine setup/teardown, oven profiling, assembly. A large part of my role is communicating with other departments (i.e. surface mount programming, AOI programming). Another large part of my role is coaching my technicians to grow their skills and acquire new skills.

In this role I was in charge of setting up/tearing down a surface mount line and running the production from start to finish while communicating with my lead on timeline and any issues that occurred and how they were resolved and if unable asking for help to resolve the issue so that quality was not compromised

In this role I was in charge of supporting all technology in 3 elementary schools and assisting at the middle/high school as needed this involved using a ticketing system to prioritize my work load based off of time to response and severity of the issue this included desktops, laptops, SMART boards, smart TVs, network switches, servers, wireless access points, access control, and security devices such as cameras, lockdown systems, and fire alarm systems.
