Work with Property owners, General contractors, Architects to arrange work schedules, site safety conditions, weekly progress reports, Budgets/change orders to accomplish project completion. Build Job cost estimates/ budgets based off clients design, Structural plans and site conditions to insure productivity and Profitability. Use of Company CRM, bookkeeping and estimation software. Provide pre/Post job cost reports, prepare and submit invoices. Manage Crews/ assign task based of job needs and crew members skill levels.
Estimation and project management of residential Roofing installation, siding installation and home remodel. Create job cost based on Clients design, structural plans and current site condition. Communication with Property owners, general contractors and project managers regarding work cost, schedules of work, weekly progress reports. Execute and manage projects start to finish to ensure project will be completed on budget and time and meet all clients and companies quality standards.
