Assist with sale of projects by evaluating potential build sites, creating site plans and site development budgets for excavation and utilities. Assist in permitting with local jurisdiction's, work with survey, geo engineers. Negotiate work contracts with sub contractors. Coordinate and schedule excavation, installation of wet and dry utilities, completing site work on budget and on schedule.

Manage up to 10 custom home builds at a time from foundation to completion. Reviewing and correcting take offs, red lining architectural plans, creating build schedules, communicating with and managing subcontractors. Meet with Clients in key points of the build to review work, maintain an open line of communication with the client regarding build status. Completing weekly site inspections ensuring work is being completed per plans and specifications while maintaining quality standards. Completing builds on time and on budget.

Develop Project work schedules and processes for new construction and commercial remodels. Organize and oversee daily work site operations of employees and subcontractors. Organize timely material deliveries to projects. Communicate with Architects and Engineers regarding field activities and changes. Develop strategies and remedies to any job site issue. Communicate with clients regarding schedule development, progress and design changes. Provide weekly job costing and daily site logs. Provide and over see accurate project close out.

Bid, coordinate and execute residential and commercial painting projects ranging from $5,000- $180,000 in size. Create Pre work job plans. Monitor and execute all projects in line with pre job work plan. Work with Property owners, General contractors, Architects, vendors and suppliers to arrange budgets, material delivery, work schedules, site safety conditions, weekly progress reports, Budgets/change orders to accomplish project completion. Build Job cost estimates/ budgets based off clients design, Structural plans and site conditions to insure productivity and Profitability. Use of Company CRM, bookkeeping and estimation software. Prepare and Provide pre/Post job cost reports, prepare and submit invoices. Manage Crews/ assign task based on job needs and crew members skill levels.

Estimation and project management of residential Roofing installation, siding installation and home remodel. Create job cost based on Clients design, structural plans and current site condition. Communication with Property owners, general contractors and project managers regarding work cost, schedules of work, weekly progress reports. Execute and manage projects start to finish to ensure project will be completed on budget; on time and meet all clients and companies quality standards.
