Ten-year history of serving with a missionary organization in Israel, as well as three years working in a warehouse. I'm a dedicated worker that has experience in handling many duties at once, including leading teams of people with various responsibilities.
I was the director of an international team of 100 people doing Christian ministry in Israel. My responsibilities included defining ministry direction, personnel care, managing team finances, overseeing various department heads, processing applications, conducting interviews, and developing partnerships with people inside and outside the organization.
I cut foam, manufactured rock bags and wattle, and loaded trucks.
