Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive safety and security plan for a school or school district, ensuring the well-being of students, staff, and visitors. This includes coordinating with law enforcement, conducting risk assessments, training personnel, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Develop athletes through personalized coaching, resulting in higher individual achievements. Develop and organize practice plans to increase competitive attitude and skills. Foster a positive team environment with clear communication and motivational techniques. Maintain strong relationships with athletes, parents, and school administrators for program support and success. Have had several athletes continue on to play Division 1 Women's Lacrosse.
