I functioned as a barista in a small town, which made costumer service significantly more important. I customized each persons experience when they came in to their needs and personality while also crafting an above average product to them as quickly as possible. I focused on making sure I learned how to do latte art in order to give a customized touch for each person's drink.

I worked as a server in a high paced environment that forced me to think on feet, work as a team, and provide full service for around 30-35 people within an hour to an hour and a half. This made me exceptionally good at learning how to delegate when I need help, but also be a team player to best assist my team.
